Join Laura from LaCott Fine Art for a MUSEjar favorite! Explore Alcohol Ink and its application in painting to create a one of a kind Elephant painting on Yupo paper. We’ll utilize inks to mimic the effect of watercolor in bold and vivid colors, as well as drawing and line work to emphasize the bust of the elephant.
Students will be experimenting with ink application and will leave with a basic understanding of how to further pursue the medium. Print includes a professional matte package to fit in an 11” x 14” frame.Side note – you are not limited to only the elephant-inspired designs – you are welcome to request a specific animal reference. Please note this requested must be submitted to Instructor no more than 48 hours prior to class.
AGES: 16 years and up – no experience necessary!MATERIALS: All supplies are included.
